Updates:
1. Due to construction delays at the hotel, the pool will not be accessible during the conference. We wanted to give you a heads up!
2. Due to extremely large enrollment, the Elementary Kids Camp will be divided into the following three groupings to give the kids more space. K&1/2&3/4&5. Each group will have its own room. All three rooms are next to each other.

Breakfast: Grab and Go items will be available for purchase in the Bistro starting 7:00am. Most items $4.
Buffet Lunch: Badges are required for lunch and available at the registration desk during check-in. Vegan and Gluten Free options are available on the adult buffet. If you need a Kosher meal, please contact registration@genderconferenceeast.org
Day Care: We do not provide snacks for Day Care children. PLEASE send your child's favorite snacks and drinks in a small cooler bag properly labeled with name. Must be reliably out of diapers.
Elementary & Middle School - We provide two light snack breaks. If you wish to send your child’s favorite snacks or drinks please deliver to the counselors in a small cooler bag properly labeled with name.
High School -This year there will be a small change for the high school age participants, as they are no longer required to sign-in or sign-out of the program space. Additionally, these young people will be able to explore the conference at large. We want to empower our high school age youth and young adults to make the most of the conference. While we will have plenty of adult support and supervision throughout the hotel, we are asking that our parents help keep the space safer by referring any young person who appears to be in need of support to a GCE volunteer or hotel employee. If you prefer your child remain in the HS space and not be allowed to leave on their own, please be sure to check in with the HS staff at the beginning of the day. Please also keep in mind that young people under the age of 18 are not permitted in Adult Program workshops.
Friday Meet and Greet: Hosted by Vanessa and JR Ford and sponsored by Camp Lightbulb 7:00pm - 9:00pm Ice-breaker activities for parents and kids, light snacks served at 8:15pm. Essex and Monmouth Rooms on the 1st fl.
Saturday Pizza & Dance Party: Sponsored by Camp Lightbulb, pizza will be served at 6:30pm in the terrace, followed by a dance party in the Camden room till 10:30pm Note: GCE Will not be responsible for children during the party. You must stay responsible for your own children during this time.
Cash Bar only will be available during these family events.
Photos - Please know that we have a photographer on-site to take pictures of the day for our video montage at the closing of the conference. All pictures will be destroyed immediately following the closing.
Parking: We have arranged for a discounted parking rate of $6 per day. There are two ways of getting this discount. You can pay at the front desk before exiting the building, letting them know you are part of GCE. Or you can let the parking attendant know you are part of GCE.
